About
Noam Tenne is a software engineer, founder, and angel investor. He is the co-founder and CEO of Sky Valley Ambient Computing, a company building infrastructure for adaptive software — systems that keep changing after they ship, adapting to the people who use them. Sky Valley's first product is Differ.
Noam has spent two decades close to every major shift in how software gets built. He was a founding engineer at JFrog (NASDAQ: FROG), where he helped build Artifactory, the artifact repository that became a standard in enterprise DevOps. He was an early engineer at Codefresh, one of the first Docker-native CI/CD platforms; an early engineer at Healthy.io, which turned smartphone cameras into regulated clinical devices; and an early engineer at VanMoof, the Dutch e-bike maker.
He went on to co-found Skippr as CTO. Skippr — backed by investors including Bessemer Venture Partners — worked on generative UI: interfaces created dynamically by AI rather than hand-coded. Building it exposed the gap between AI-generated software and the static infrastructure it runs on, the insight behind Sky Valley Ambient Computing, which he co-founded with Iris ten Teije.
Noam is an active angel investor in deep tech and healthtech. He writes and speaks about AI-native software development, developer infrastructure, and ambient computing, including the talk "How AI That Codes Will Change Software Forever".
